Boot Wont Open

Hi,

Lurker turned poster.

I have a '64 plate X-Play, the boot unlocks, you can hear the mechanism work, and the button presses in, but the boot wont open.

I've managed to squeeze myself onto the back seat and removed the parcel shelf, and cant see anything caught, but I cant see a way of being able to solve the problem.

Has anyone experienced anything similar or have an idea of how to solve it?

As it is still under its new car warranty, book it into a Toyota dealer and get them to solve the issue.

straight back to Toyota I think, only a year old shouldn't be having this issue

I was hoping it might be something simple as getting to the dealers is a bit of a trek, booked in for the weekend.
