Hi I've just joined the forum because can't seem to get help from local garage and don't want to go to main dealer because of their hourly rates. The problem is that one of the injector was leaking so took it to local garage he said it was the washer so got that replaced and the leaking stood but a new problem came up that when I drove the car it started to hesitate and also make a rattling noise so took it back and the garage man said just keep driving and it'll get better and I did but the problem getting worse I've tried injecter cleaner and got a diagnosis on it and the code was P0200 so got that checked out from local garage and he had 2 hour look and still couldn't find the problem he said the injectors sound good also the wiring. Could someone help???

P2002 is a Diesel particulate filter fault caused by a failure to regenerate the filter when required, the diagnostics for this fault a long, complicated and requiring capable diagnostic equipment which without access to the correct diagnostic procedure almost completely hit and miss.

Access to the correct diagnostic process can be purchased from www.toyota-tech.eu

Thanks Devon it's coming up with p0200 - Injector Circuit Malfunction. something to do with the injectors so I got the wiring connection to the injectors checked wich was all good so now going to take the injectors to a specialist for check up.

Apologies I misread the fault code, P0200 is a little simpler as there are far fewer areas/items to check. Toyota list the possible areas for issue as being:

Open or short in EDU driver circuit ( wiring harness )

Injector/s

EDU ( Injector control module )

ECM ( Engine control module )

You have confirmed the harness is OK,

To check the rest again get the diagnostic process from www.toyota-tech.eu as none of the process requires the injectors to be removed and the rest of the checks are quite long winded.
