Over Fuelling Problem.

Hi all any advise....?? 2000 celica vvti 140bhp.been stand few weeks run fine until tried to re start. I have one injector dumping too much fuel into cylinder And dripping out exhaust /white smoke Still the same after changing fuel pump and injectors/rail. Any ideas folks????? Cheers
