Honestly though jim, lots of water - like 5 litres a day, water takes the toxins out of your body, and the toxins are the reason you feel so terrible.

otherwise, take ryan's advice and go to the herbalist - you'll be suprised.

i tried this and i drank tons of water and the cold was gone after 36 hours!

Also chinese medicine is very powerfull.. some people dont beleive in it as they have never tried it... it is the best natural medicine out there.
