reverse gear crunch

help !  just about to sell my 2007 aygo with 23000 one owner ,and as the car warms up I noticed 2/3 gear getting sticky and the putting in reverse it was crunching but went in slowly,

when the cars cold all working fine

any ideas please

Odd, usually it's the other way round, crunchy when cold but fine once warmed up. Maybe clutch overheating? they were known to be weak and were replaced with the clutch from the Yaris in later models, although I'd expect it to slip then. Is it an MMT or Manual box ?
