Removal of back bench seat

Hi - I have a 2003 Totoya Estima Aeras 7 seater.  The seat at the very back is a sliding bench style seat and, I want to remove this.  Does anyone know how to do this?  My earlier Toyota previa model was very straight forward but this model is more difficult.  Any information anyone can share would be appreciated.

Also does anyone know where I might get a full workshop manual, like the Haines workshop manuals.  I do have the owners handbook but this is not very detailed.  I have search eBay, Amazon etc but cannot seem to locate a workshop manual - it looks as though Haines do not do one for this model?  Again any help is appreciated.
