avensis d4d  2004,when accelerating smells like burned clutch after a couple of km,but its not the clutch for sure,

my best guess ,cv boots is torn ,lost the grease and the friction cause to overheat

Unlikely to be that - but if you have a split in the boot get it fixed. 

I suspect you have a fluid leak of some sort and that it's being blown onto the hot exhaust as you drive along.
