Change mph to km/h

Hi,

I would like to know how I can change the digital speedometer from mph to km/h. I found a way to change the trip computer from mpg to l/100km but it doesn't change the speedometer or the Trip A/B and the ODO, they stay in miles.

Thanks for anyhelp.
