Hello, dince about three mounths ago my car is doing a strange noise from passanger bottom side.

I take off the conector from the part and now doesn't make. Of course that is not the solution.

I've made pictures seems to be a electromechanic mechsnisn that makes dual condiciones ac working.

As you can see looks that the white shift is blocked.

But I don't know what part is it..any ideas??

Thanks

If your car has climate control (auto) mode then it could be the system switching the air distribution.

May be a video showing the air-con and heater operation may help. Show the heater control settings too.

Your photos seem to show a left hand drive car, so I hand show the related parts diagram: http://www.japan-parts.eu/toyota/eu/2004/avensis/cdt250l-aemeyw/3_273550_071_223W/electrical/8714_heating-air-conditioning-cooler-unit#87106J

It could be the servo damper but I am not sure.
