Remap tune up

I have a Toyota Granville 2.7 petrol/LPG I had to have the engine rebuilt and have recently had a exhaust hand built , my Granville needs an engine tune up/remap I live in Ramsgate and can not find anyone I am prepared to travel to have a slower tick over and for the engine to perform better going up certain hills I am not interested in increasing the top speed but if I can get more mpg I will be happy
