Replacement wing mirror R/H 2008 TR Est

Hello any ideas for mirror replacement, don,t want stick on not much on eBay,

Main dealer price is just stupid, not sure if it is easy to fit just the glass in the back cover or any ideas welcome

is it just the indicator in the wing that is broke as that can be purchased separately part no 81730-05050 RH 81740-05030 LH.

..just became the new owner of a T25 '06 estate and someone managed to smash the L/H indicator on the wing mirror.

However i've yet to find a definitive way to approach this replacement....from what i understand its possible to prise off the cover, then its a simple matter or a couple of screws.

Is there a best approach to removing the cover without snapping too many of whatever teeth hold it in place?
