Toyota Verso TR D-4D 2012 CIG lighter power issue

Hi

This is my first post. I have no power output from CIG socket on my Toyota verso 2012(TR D-4D) UK . I checked the fuse boxes located in the engine compartment and one behind glove box I tested every fuse and they are looking fine. I even opened the CIG lighter socket on centre console and tested for voltage but no voltage shown on incoming leads. The socket itself has no internal connectivity issue. This exactly is the case with the other socket in passenger's area. The power outlet in the boot is good. The manual says to look for a fuse in those locations but unfortunately there is no clear mention which one the exact fuse for centre console power outlet as the 15A fuse marked as Power outlet in the engine compartment  is not blown and boot power outlet is working fine.

Just wondering if anyone else here faced the similar issue and will appreciate if they could help me fix this issue before I get it checked by some garage.
