Anyone tell me the best gear oil to use on the 2005 corolla tsport with 144k with a slight crunch in 3rd when cold?

I've looked on the forums can't get a definite answer, know it's 2.3L don't know wot grade so am waiting for an answer on this as gonna do my gearbox oil before winter also....

Have 3 litres of silkoline srg 75w full synthetic pro racing gear oil spare that i use in my rally car, that would do i guess?

Personally I would use something like Comma stuff as some say that the box needs a bit of friction and performance/race type stuff can actually do more harm than good.
