Can anyone help? I had installed the Touch and Go2 Nav system when I bought the car a year ago .  I bought the brand new software and map update but am unable get it installed  it finds and unpackages the installation on a USB stick but then I get an error message and the system boots itself to pre installation.  The installed software version is 4.4.1WL.
