Water Leak Driver Side Above Brake Pedals?

I've not driven my car in 3 days, and hadn't previously noticed any problems. I've a 58 plate Semi-Auto Yaris TR.  I went to start the car, felt water drip onto my foot. There was a small wet patch on the car mat. I cannot seem to find anywhere it's coming from I ran my hand under the dash and all seemed dry- but the floor is damp/water fell on my foot. Any idea what to do? Is it a common problem?

It's easier to say than do, but if possible try and check if it is plain water or coolant (which should have 'stuff' in it). That will narrow it down somewhat.

I don't think it's common - I don't recall anyone asking before. However, these cars are now getting on, so it may be about to become common  (I also have a 2008).

Check for leaves under the bonnet - blocking the drain holes at the rear.
