Replacement pedal rubber

The pedal rubbers in my car are looking worn and I want to replace them with new ones. 

Are these a standard size across different makes and models, or do I need specific ones for my car? In which case, where can I get them? 

The  Toyota Parts section on here mainly lists complete pedal assemblies for a range of models, and Google "Toyota Avensis pedal rubber" doesn' really help either.

I did, but he doesn't appear to have read it yet.  Maybe he's on holiday?

I phoned Mr Parts King and ordered them, and they were waiting for me when I got back from my holidays. Top service!  

Haven't fitted them yet, but I assume I just prise the old ones off and force the new ones over the pedals?
