Sat nav problem

I've an unusual problem with my sat nav. When switching on today the current position was out by about 20 miles however it was an exact locaton I've been before which is saved. When I arrived home the position was still out but had moved by approx the same distance and direction as my journey, it's as if the current position is offset by 20mi to the NE. Tried switching off and on and also setting the destination to numerous locations to no avail. Anyone seen this before or have any idea how to resolve the issue?

What software version is your car running?

To check press "setup" > "general" > "Software info/version"

This is a known issue that has been fixed by a software update, your car should have a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty so contact your dealer an get them to book it in for the latest software version of 2.13.5L

Thanks. It used to be possible to download updates from my Toyota however it seems no longer to be an option. Sods law after booking the car in Saturday it's now started working. Disconnected the Battery sat morn but it made no immediate difference.
