Noise and vibration from front of car on Toyota Corolla 1.6 vvti 2006

This is the first time I have posted on this site. I have a Toyota Corolla 1.6 vvti  2006 . I have noticed a whirring noise coming from what sounds like the front left wheel. On further inspection I noticed that the front left gas strut was leaking. I replaced the strut thinking that was causing the vibration but the problem was still there . I have changed front discs and pads thinking maybe the discs where warped. Still the problem is still there. I have lifted the front wheels off the ground and checked to see if a wheel bearing had gone but no play whatsoever . Only slight dragging noise on front left wheel. !!! I feel vibration on front passenger footwell and I am hearing a whirring sound as I drive as if wheel is slightly wobbling. The faster I drive the loader the noise gets.  A week has past and driven about 80miles and checked front wheels again whilst scratching my head and noticed that the front left wheel is stiffer to spin by hand than the others. Could this be the bearing?

Thankyou in advance for any comments received as I'm pulling my hair out with this one.

I took my left wheel hub off and took a new bearing to the garage to get the the new bearing put in . After reinstalling the hub I now notice that the disc sits really close to the brake hanger and the disc doesn't look centralised in the brake calliper . Can anyone shed light on this?

Thank you in advance.
