Best place to get spray paint matched to my cars colour in the UK?

I've got a car that I used to move a wall I didn't like*, and I scratched the hell out of the bumper and wing. I want to get rid of the car now as it's on my drive doing nothing other than alleviating me of £170 a month but need to fix the scratches. The one thing I need to make sure I do correctly is get the right paint for the car. I know most shops will take the VIN number or something from the car and get the paint matched that way, but I wanted to know if there was a specific place in the UK that are really good at the paint matching? I know Halfords do it, but last time the paint I bought ended up being lighter than the colour of the car and I need to avoid this again.

The paint code should be on the plate on the door ingo. Plenty places will make paint to that code.
