Hi

I bought an 08 Auris and it had satnav and bluetooth telephone. I have looked allover and there is no AUX port (there will be one on the back of the radio I assume)

I have looked on the forum  and internet but cant seem to find the video or help for my version of radio/satnav.

I have the bluetooth paired to the mobile phone but I want to stream my music to the radio via bluetooth as it is already there. I have looked at several screens and cant seem to see an option, I have had the music playing on my phone, Samsung s5, and cant see a way to stream the music over.

Hopefully It is just me not finding what I need

Does anyone have the same setup and can do this?

Thank You

On the pre-facelift 1st generation Auris (2007-2010) there was no Aux socket. The only way of playing mp3 files directly was if they were copied onto a rewritable CD, and this was used in the CD player.

Aux and USB sockets were fitted to the facelift (2010-2012) inside the glovebox.

One could consider adding a USB adapter - see Konrad's thread for fitting one to an Avensis  -

- or one could look at something like Xcarlink (which some Auris owners have installed) - http://www.xcarlink.co.uk/home.php?cat=11

Further to Mike's post above, I had a look on eBay and saw this Dension lookalike from Germany - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/A2DP-Bluetooth-audio-telephone-adapter-Toyota-Avensis-Celicia-Corolla-Lexus-big-/182231993555?hash=item2a6ddf8cd3:g:17AAAOSwnQhXpFGD

There are lots of options.

Toyota did do a cable for the iPod, but it was quite expensive.
