Tyre Warning Light

Driving along noticed that the Tyre warning light was on, stopped to have a look and did not notice anything untoward, took the car to my nearest Tyre centre and they said all 4 were a bit low so inflated them to the correct  pressure and the warning light is now off, do i have to reset anything?, as looking at the position of where the reset switch is under the dash it has just a blank plastic terminal fitting with no switch attached,or does it just reset itself.

Hope this helps. The button is very difficult to find.

It is on the black plastic cover just above the accelerator pedal.

Jonmartin, thanks for you reply and photos, the reset switch was further under the dash than where I was looking, seems you only need to reset if changing wheels, just increasing to the correct pressure  and the warning light should go out as mine has. Thanks again for reply.

Cold weather can affect tyre pressures.
