Sorry mate! there is a better heater (by Calix) and a better placement so that it does not heat the air around. The heater by Calix is cylindrical and fits in to a long hole in the engine block above the clutch arm (look between the Battery and the engine block). It comes very close to the coolant and heats the whole block via coolant without actually coming in contact with the coolant itself. A heat paste is used in the hole and around the heater to get the best contakt. A genius drag by Toyota! I'll post some images. Look at the arrows in the picture. The hole is seen even in your video at 0:51 position just below one of the coolant pipe attachment tube.
