B9030 head unit touchscreen

Hi all,

I've been having some problems with the B9030 head unit in my Auris.

I have to press the screen underneath whatever I want to select, making buttons at the bottom impossible to select.

I've read on an old post here that the unit can be put into 'service mode' and wondered if anyone could enlighten me on this, or provide some way of re-calibrating my screen?

Any assistance greatly appreciated as its rendered the unit next to useless.
