Hi all I have just bought a 2005 d4d 2.0 

The turbo failed and killed the big ends (hence I bought it to rebuild the engine)

However where can I get all the torque settings for the rebuild

You can get access to technical references on the Toyota website, but you have to pay a subscription.

Haynes Manual No 4750 has some torque settings, but I doubt it is comprehensive.

www.toyota-tech.eu as stated above it is chargeable but you only need to find what you need you can then download and save it all as PDF files.
