Rough Idle 2006 Corolla

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla Petrol. It has developed a really annoying rough idle. When engine is warm, on idle the rev counter stays at around 600-700rpm which is what i remember it to always be like. But as it sits in idle it has a very rough vibration. I don't think it's the spark plugs as it has been recently changed. Only other thing I can think of is something in the fuel system. Can anyone recommend a good way to start diagnosing? Could it be intake manifold? throttle body?

Had similar issues while back, try cleaning out throttle body with carb cleaner, disconnect maf completely clean with carb cleaner, try reading with a ob2 scanner for any faults or another note disconnect Battery while doing those cleaning checks then connect Battery first few miles will be running rough that's just so ecu re learns the fuel map, make sure all contacts are clean Battery terminal points check alternator has a ground point clean and refit, cabin air filter recently done? Test the ignition coils with multimeter should all have similar reading.

Thanks. Yes the filters have been recently changed. I will try the tips you suggested.
