My tyres are wearing on front outside, my Toyota Yaris hybrid was only 8 months old when the dealer switched the front tyres to the back to get longer out of my tyres, now 5 months on and the front tyres are wearing again, the dealer said there is nothing wrong, I Only have 21,000 KLMS done, honestly thought I would get much longer. ANYONE HELP HERE??

welcome to the forum, Isabel

You might want to mention which size tyres are fitted. Assuming that all the geometry is correct & you keep the tyres inflated correctly it could come down to your driving style & the tyres fitted.

E.g. If you turn the front wheels whilst stationary that causes more wear than if on the move & power steering means that a lot of people do ('twas harder to do without power steering). & being a front wheel drive car the fronts will wear more.

You mention that it's only on the outside. If it is more even then it also appears that modern tyres are often made of softer compounds to improve grip & that usually means faster wear. I have also recently seen a suggestion that many tyres now come new with only 7mm of tread when they used to come with 8mm.

A common cause of wear on the outer edges is under-inflation.

21,000km is just over 13,000 miles ........ not brilliant

Whatever the problem and it could be one of several. Steering geometry, tyre pressure, driving style. Not a good idea to rotate tyres to even out wear. Just means you'll need to buy four tyres at a time! A good tyre dealer will tell at a glance what the problem is for you.
