Auris MMT Clutch replacement

Hello all

i have a 2007 Auris, while driving sometimes it slips from gear to neutral.

i saw a mechanic and he has recommended to replace the clutch unit and the actuator.

do you guys know if this is necessary  to replace both and what should be the cost for this repair?
