Side mirrors questions

Hello guys am new here and sorry if this is the wrong place but,

I have a Land cruiser Prado 2017
I have two questions:
1) They are powerfold mirrors, by a button, however my friend unfolded my passenger seat mirror manually and I freaked out, so my question can the powerfold mirrors be manually folded/unfolded or its not supposed to happen and can damage the mirrors and its mechanism?
2) When folding the mirrors through the button, the passenger seat mirror folds faster than the driver seat, and when unfolding the driver seat mirror unfolds faster than the passenger, is this normal?
