Unknown part

Hi

my 2006 landcruiser 120 has a small square hole in the plastic in boot just above rear bumper. It is obvious that a small square plastic cover fits there which is lost. You can see a small arrow  embossed on the silver paintwork inside the square hole pointing towards the boot. Can anyone tell me what this cover is called so I can replace it. It's only about 2 inch square and has a step up. I cannot locate it in parts lists?

Cheers

I think you are referring to the "pintle hole cover" this is where you insert all the brown rods in your tool kit to reach the "Pintle" ( a little winch) that drops the spare wheel from the underside.

Does anyone know where I can get this part. It may be called spare wheel carrier lid?
