Lazy Seat Belt

Mine is so slow, sometimes it won't retract and simply lay there flaccid.

I removed the seatbelt from the car and it retracts nicely, what slows it down is the top mount for the seat belt. The part that you pull from. Seems to have a lot of friction. I washed the seat belt but helps little.

Thoughts?

Stick some of this on all the points where friction occurs.
