Had new heater plugs fitted on my Rav4 d4d few wks ago, today I've noticed oil all over the top of my engine,and low on dip stick, is it possible the plugs were not fitted correctly,cross threaded maybe, engine was spotless when I took it to the garage. I've booked it back in this  week ,but oil is off the dip stick. Can anyone help,pleas.

If the heater plugs pass through the valve cover, the problem will be one or more of the seals in the cover.  Take it back to the fitters and get them to fix it.
