Does anyone know where the alarm sounder on a 1996 Carina E GLX is situated. Mine has stopped working and the manual does not show the location. Alarm system still works so I am hoping just the sounder has failed. Have looked all around engine compartment but no sign..............

if its anythin like the yaris then itll be on the passenger side behind the front bumper and just in front of the wheel

totally hidden from view under the bonnet
