Hi Guys, as title says, could anyone tell me the best way to remove the cigarette lighter socket please?

My Rav is an XT3 late 2007 2.2 diesel D4D

Not done a RAV4 before. But in most cars the socket can usually be prised out by getting a thin tool under the lip and bringing it forward enough to disconnect the wiring behind. they are not usually held in by screws, just a spring.
