Hazard light malfunction

Can anyone help? 

Ive got a 2009 200 Series Landcruiser that after rain will randomly have the hazzard light turn on by themselves and flash until they finally drain the Battery. Te only way to stop them flashing is disconnect the Battery and leave it for a few days or pull the hazzard light fuze and subsequently not have any indicators. I've been to 2 auto electricians and today's they have not been able to fix it.
