Conctact list controlled from steering wheel

Hi guys,

I bought my first Toyota two weeks ago and I am still exploring its features. Is there someone who could help me with a small issue? I have not found a way how to scroll or select items in my contact list displayed on my Toyota Touch 2 screen after activating the "make a call" button on my steering wheel. When I try the left control it controls the music or radio station and when I try the right control it controls the small display beneath my steering wheel. It would be very very user-hostile if had to control it by mi finger.

 

The other problem is I have not managed how to display contact names of contacts with more than one number. It displays just number.
