boot soundproofing

Hi all, Need to put soundproofing on boot floor.Removed rear plastic box assembly which is held in with push-in clips, but after removing the 4 screws from the panel nearest the seats I cant get it to come out. cant find anymore fixings and dont want to pull too hard in case I break it. any help gratefully received . Cheers Mick.
