Journey Planner changes

When I used Journey Planner through My Toyota and the "send to car" the destination used to appear in favourites so could be called by voice activation. Now it downloads as a route and not a favourite so can't be called by voice, or appear in favourites. You can't edit the destination as it seems to be a longitude and latitide rather than address, and even if you go to the destination it doesn't appear in "last" visited places. Is there any way to turn a journey planner route into a favourite in Touch & Go 2?

This has only recently become an issue as my satnav forgot all the favourites and my online account settings. I was hoping to re-load from My Toyota but not getting very far!
