Over speeding alert.

Hello.When I bought my toyota avensis 2009 it had a very annoying over speeding alert so I have switch it off. Now I want to switch it back on and can't anywhere find this option. Have check the whole multimedia satnav system. And there is no mention about it in the manual. Has anyone got any idea where to find it.
