1995 2lt CAMRY

Hello On the rear underside of my 1995 CAMRY There is a SPRING connected between the main car body and a LEVER that is part of the brakes. Its for some kind of adjustment when extra passengers in in the rear seats. Altering a small lever Mine has rusted away. I am not able to purchase a spring without purchasing the BRAKE HYDROLICS part also. Any one ideas on where to get one. No breakers around me with CAMRYs.
