Hi guys after some help again trying  connect my phone to the bluetooth system on my 2011 rav4. When I press the speech button, there is no voice controls a message will come on the radio about connecting phone but when I search for the bluetooth on my phone there is no connection available. Any ideas?

my trim is XT-R D-4D

You may wish to say what trim you have or which head unit as that will help others to help you.
