Just had 4 new injectors fitted in 2009 d4d 150hp. Car starts and runs with no misfiring but is blowing thick black smoke all the time. Could it be ecu problem?

Thanks for the reply. It was a local garage and the injectors were coded in. Turbo has been checked, egr valve checked, dpf checked, air filter checked. The car failed with no warning and injector fault showed up in diagnosis. All four were knackered so four new fitted but blowing thick black smoke.
