Hi there

can anyone help me to identify what kind of LED light is on it ,

because what happen only few of them steal works and rest of them is dead

Reason why no answer, is that most won't try and repair the unit. They will buy new, secondhand or get off a scrapped car. Basically it's easier to replace unit.

thanks for answer but i'll be the person who want to try to replace them because they not cheep to buy they not so easy to get and to change led it is easy pizy but i just need to know what type they are

Hallo

the problem is not the led , or any of the 5 leds  , but the  electronic protection component on  the input side  .It is the small yellow component , between  led  no. 2   and the black diode . Try to remove it , or desolder  one pin , or cut it and  remove it  from the circuit.Then try again with DC voltage (9  to 12 volt ) , look first for the  polarity ( +,-). The leds are clear leds , color amber .
