Help!! Toyota Yaris T Sport showing "0"

Hi all,

Need some massive help, basically i SORN'd my Yaris about 6 months ago, since then I have been a bit careless in turning the engine once in a while and eventually my Battery went flat... I've replaced the Battery but noticed that my odometer is now showing "0" and the "ODO TRIP" button on the dash isn't working (the lighting one is however). Speedometer and rev meter still working fine... any clues what it could be? Any help would be much appreciated...
