Help ! Toyota auris roof bars

Just took delivery of a nearly new set of Toyota auris oem roof bars 

does anyone have the fitting instructions for these bars or can you guide me to where I can view the instructions

Straight forward to fit, better with 2 people though.

Thanks to John at lindrop Toyota what a gentleman got fitting instructions for roof bars

I only paid £28 for nearly new bars delivered from a chap,selling on eBay bargain

on a better note I bought diesel tuning chip via john aka parts king

works an absolute treat I love the extra low down torque mean quicker up the gears and less fuel consumption the app version is good to going from eco to sport or sports plus at the touch of iPhone screen the car feels quicker through all gears smoother and more efficient fuel wise makes it a more fun car to drive
