Manual gearbox breather.

Whilst changing the manual gearbox oil on my 2010 RAV4 2.2 D-4D with the 2AD-FTV engine, there was an inrush of air as I removed the drain plug because of a vacuum. Can someone please tell me where the breather is so I can check it is not blocked. Many thanks.
