New, cannot find out which model this is..

(Im in new zealand if this helps)

Looking at a 2004 avensis station wagon. I have taken it for a drive and am very happy with it etc etc. And am ready to make an offer but it hit me i dont know the exact model.. 

Its a 2.0 liter 4 speed auto of which i think there are a few types? GL, LI and so on. I have an online info report of the vehicle which just calls it a 2004 avensis.

The thing that throws me off, this particular car has a full leather interior. 

And photos i can find of the 2004 models do not.

Could this have been a modification? Or am i missing something?

According to the same report it was imported from japan.

Hi Pete, Welcome to TOC 

The NZ trim levels/names were not the same as UK & it's quite possible that the Japanese ones were different again ...

In the UK T Spirits had leather afaik, T4s partial leather but it was possibly also an option on lower trims.

Maybe a trip to the local toyota dealership will do the trick
