2008 bluetooth or aux audio upgrade

Hi.

Got a 2008 Rav4 XTR. It has a 6 CD changer. bluetooth works for calls, but not music. Want the simplest/cheapest method of connecting up either an aux port or bluetooth from my phone. See picture. Any help gratefully received. Am in the UK. Thanks.

The single review for that item gives it a '1 star'.

Think most options use the CD changer socket on the head unit - so you may need to decide whether or not you wish to keep the CD changer.

Could look at either Connects2 or Xcarlink.

Noticed the review. Not bothered about losing the CD changer. Just confused by all the options etc.

The you can plug is any adapter.
