Pimping The Aygo

Hi I just got a 2015 Toyota Aygo with 6000 miles and will be picking it up in a few days. Its my second car and i am interested in maybe pimping it and adding some flair. i was wondering the following:

1. if anyone had added a double dim stereo holder to allow for a touch screen stereo in the 2015 model that comes without the touch.

2. if anyone had done any pimping to the outside to maybe make the car look a little more sporty

3. if anyone had done anything else to the car

my recommendation would be to stay with a single  din headunit but have a

motorised display ,you will have a double din display like to one here
