Looking help on fault codes

Repairing Yaris after moderate (not catastrophic) event. It was few wires cut and shorted - namely driver mirror wires, front hood sensor,  and horn. Fixed/replaced all but mirror motorsne still not work, as well as electric windows and may be something else. Horn works, engine starts. Checked -all fuses are ok. Got scan tool and see some errors. Does anybody know where to look next?  Impression that somewhere power supply is cut off. But wiring everywhere is ok.  Any ideas?
