Water Problem - Colorado

Hi guys, I have a problem with my Toyota Colorado and would like some ideas what it could be / possible solutions. The car is losing water, the water is going out of the radaitor and it goes into the the over flow bottle and I have to empty it and refill the car with water again. The oil looks clean, car drives ok, but I have to empty the overflow and refill the car with water regularly. Car Toyota Colorado 1999 Diesel automatic
